Repackage your item(s) carefully, following the instructions we provide, and ship it to the return address.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or credit card) within 3–5 business days.

Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped within 3 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

We process most orders quickly — often within a few hours.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us via email.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately it cannot be canceled. In that case, please wait for delivery and then request a return.
